Three things: 1) you will learn self defense techniques for real situations – new techniques each night, 2) we will demonstrate Jukido Jujitsu, including advanced techniques, and 3) you will learn about what we cover and what we do in the classes as time goes on. And a 4th thing – you’ll have fun. Is it dangerous? Your safety is our number one concern! Always.
